think I bought a small container of beef so that I could do something with the leftover buns I had from making sloppy joes before. I remember I made it when Blake was out of town and had one for dinner and one for lunch the next day. I carmelized some onion and mixed the cheese in with the burger. It was tasty, but too thick. Next time I would flatten the patty more, especially in the middle because it swells up.

Blue Cheese Burgers
